About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven OPT Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and F-1 visa candidates for various US IT technologies. The recruiter should possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the US staffing industry, and the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Source OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and F-1 candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of entry-level IT candidates across multiple technologies.
- Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, relocation flexibility, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers/vendors.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Educate candidates about the US recruitment process, resume preparation, and interview expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and CRM.
- Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and compliant.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand client requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships with universities, training institutes, and OPT consultants to generate candidate referrals.
- Stay updated on US immigration regulations related to OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, and EAD.

Required Skills

- 1–4+ years of experience in OPT Recruiting or US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, F-1 Visa, H-1B, EAD, and GC work authorization.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, QA Automation, and Business Analysis.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- 10+2 or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in US IT staffing agencies.
- Existing network of OPT candidates is a plus.
- Knowledge of US employment practices and recruitment lifecycle.
