We are hiring Email & Chat Support Executives for our non-voice process. Candidates should have excellent written English communication skills and prior experience in chat/email support.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
Minimum 6 months of experience in Email/Chat Support
Versant Level 6 (Mandatory)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Positive typing speed and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
Resolve customer issues accurately and within SLA.
Maintain high-quality customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
