- Assist Site Engineers in day-to-day construction activities.
- Supervise construction work and monitor site progress.
- Understand and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Monitor quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Assist in quantity estimation and preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Prepare daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
- Participate in client site visits whenever required.
- Maintain records of material consumption and site inventory.
- Learn estimation, billing, project coordination, and quality control processes.
Eligibility
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Final Year Students, Freshers, or Recent Graduates).
- Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.
- Willingness to work on construction sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and time management abilities.
Requirements
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the Tricity region and nearby locations.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and committed to learning.
- Ready to work both at site locations and office as per project requirements.
