Roles & Responsibility

 Deep knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI), System Pricing, and Commercial Strategy
 Exposure to Product Launches and their financial/commercial planning
 Good understanding of GST and applicable taxation in the healthcare/pharma industry
 Experience working with Field Excellence (FE) and broader Commercial Business units
 Strong strategic mindset – the role demands insightful, decision-level analysis, not just data ops
 Must be able to liaise effectively across Finance, Product, and Commercial teams




 Ability to translate data into business insights and strategic direction

Requirements

 Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in Healthcare or Indian Pharma Manufacturing industry (mandatory)
 Experience must be on the Finance and Commercial side (not R&D; or international business roles)
 Candidates from Biocon R&D; or international-facing profiles will not be considered
 Should have a explicit understanding of India-focused Commercial Frameworks
 Candidates working as CBMO or in commercial decision-making roles in Indian pharma companies are preferred
