Job Responsibilities:

- Planning and billing of client according to levels and BOQ.
- Inspection and Verification of Works Measurements. Processing the invoice as per terms and contracts.
- Monitoring & controlling all kind of activity regarding the site execution work.
- Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing.Verification of Bills Preparationof bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Verification and Approval of bills of contractors.
- Inventory management and reconciliation of thesame.
- Construction work as per the planned schedules.
- Quantity surveying activities.
- Compliance of quality as per the procedures and systems at sites.
- Ability to understand the designs.
- To coordinate with all concerned person in the project.
