About the Role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring smooth communication across all project stakeholders.

You will also contribute to Agile processes by facilitating key scrum ceremonies and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and requirements gathering for Salesforce products and platforms
- Design and recommend solutions aligned with business goals and customer expectations
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless Salesforce integrations with other systems
- Maintain explicit, consistent,



and proactive customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead Agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement optimization strategies
- Create and maintain key project documentation (user stories, workflows, specifications)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven organization
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce products
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with experience leading scrum ceremonies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a technical environment, including making configurations in Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
- High proficiency in English (B2+ level)

Pay: ₹418,067.18 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
