Job Summary

Experienced Microsoft Teams Administrator responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and collaboration service

Require the resource with scripting skills who will working for us for automation rather than supporting daily operational tasks

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration and operational tasks. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to implement recent features, enhancements, and operational improvements. Support integrations with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and third-party collaboration platforms. Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational runbooks.

Skill Requirements

Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Administration. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). PowerShell scripting and automation. Hands-on working experience with AudioCodes SBCs & OVOC,



and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing. Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and Graph API. Teams PowerShell Module. Understanding of Teams Calling, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and Direct Routing (preferred). Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory. Microsoft 365 Administration Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Other Requirements

Experience with automation, scripting, and enterprise collaboration platforms is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments, PowerShell automation, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation, and integration with AV or UC platforms will be given preference. Experience with ServiceNow, Azure, and monitoring platforms is an added advantage
