Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on implementation experience in SAP ABAP and be passionate about mentoring aspiring SAP consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and online training on SAP ABAP.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions with real-time business scenarios.
- Train students on core and advanced ABAP concepts.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning.
- Mentor students for SAP Certification and interview preparation.
- Resolve technical queries and provide continuous learner support.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and ABAP enhancements.





Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Core ABAP Programming.
- Data Dictionary (DDIC), Reports, Module Pool Programming.
- Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms.
- ALV Reports (Classical & OO ALV).
- BDC, LSMW, BAPIs, RFC, IDocs.
- Enhancements, User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI, Enhancement Framework.
- Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
- OData Services and SAP Gateway.
- CDS Views, AMDP, and ABAP on HANA.
- Debugging, Performance Tuning, and Code Optimization.
- Integration with SAP Fiori is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP ABAP implementation/training experience.
- SAP ABAP Certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Previous training or mentoring experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct both online and offline sessions.
