Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and professional Real Estate Cold Caller to help us build and maintain our property inventory. Your primary responsibility will be calling real estate agents, builders, property owners, and brokers to collect accurate information about available properties and update our database.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to real estate agents, builders, brokers, and property owners.
- Collect details about available residential and commercial properties.
- Verify property information, pricing, availability, and contact details.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM or spreadsheet.
- Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation.
- Meet daily calling and inventory collection targets.
- Report daily progress and submit call summaries.

Requirements

- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.




- Basic computer skills and experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote candidates).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with real estate companies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
