Vaarahi Visionaries Pvt. Ltd. is an industrial automation company specializing in PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software solutions for pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and manufacturing industries.

We are looking for an experienced PLC & SCADA Developer to join our growing automation team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop PLC programs for industrial automation projects.
- Design and develop SCADA and HMI applications.
- Commission automation systems at customer sites.
- Configure industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC, and MQTT.
- Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, and field instrumentation issues.
- Prepare project documentation including Functional Design Specifications (FDS), IO lists, and operation manuals.
- Coordinate with customers during project execution and support.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in PLC programming.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Siemens TIA Portal (S7-1200, S7-1500)
- Mitsubishi GX Works2 / GX Works3
- Allen-Bradley Studio 5000
- Omron Sysmac Studio
- Experience in SCADA development using one or more:
- Siemens WinCC Qualified / Unified
- AVEVA InTouch (Wonderware)
- Ignition SCADA
- FactoryTalk View
- HMI development experience.




- Good understanding of industrial networking and communication protocols.
- Ability to independently execute automation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or process industries is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, report generation, and data logging is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for commissioning when required.
