Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's services, building professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers, organizing medical camps, and increasing patient referrals through effective networking and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce and promote the hospital's services.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.

- Coordinate appointments and meetings with doctors to discuss hospital specialties and treatment facilities.

- Promote the hospital's healthcare services, departments, and consultants.

- Organize and coordinate health check-up camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.

- Work closely with doctors and hospital departments to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.

- Identify opportunities for patient referrals and business development.

- Maintain records of doctor visits, meetings, referrals, and marketing activities.

- Collect feedback from doctors and patients to improve hospital services.

- Represent the hospital at healthcare events, seminars, and promotional activities.





- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.

- Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any Graduate.

- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to organize health camps and promotional events.

- Willingness to travel for doctor visits and field marketing.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
