- 5+ years of managerial experience in Counseling & Documentation in reputed organization.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the PR/Immigration processes for various countries like Canada, Australia, Recent Zealand, USA, UK, Germany, Denmark, Hong Kong.
- In-depth understanding of the processes & operations in Vertex Wizard & follow the same.

- Immigration & Visas Department:

- PR/Immigration filling/documentation for clients for all related countries.
- Business/Tourist/Dependent Visa filling for clients for all related countries.

- Education Department:

- Admission & Study Visa for students.

- Trainings:

- Internal (Employees) & External (Agents/Franchise) Trainings.

- Sales:

- Agent & Franchise Sales for the company. Leads will be provided by the company.
- Indirect Sales: Advise team member’s prospects over phone,



in-person and guide them for various options suitable for them or any specific query they may have.
- Direct Sales: Advise direct prospects over phone, in-person and guide them for various options suitable for them or any specific query they may have.

- Regular Follow ups with prospects and maintain excellent relationship with them to take them for sale closure.
- Lead & Train the team of Immigration Advisors.
