Key Responsibilities

- Production & Inventory Tracking: Monitor daily production runs, track raw material consumption, and manage finished goods inventory to prevent stockouts or spoilage.
- Cost & Yield Analysis: Calculate production costs, track batch yields, and analyze wastage or variance against established standards.
- Quality & Compliance Reporting: Generate reports on quality control checks, batch traceability, and regulatory compliance metrics.
- Dashboarding & KPIs: Design and maintain dashboards tracking overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), labor costs, and plant efficiency.
- ERP Management: Maintain data integrity within the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) by ensuring timely data entry and reconciliation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical:



Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Database Management: Working knowledge of SQL and ERP software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a relevant business/finance discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in data analysis or MIS reporting.
- Analytical Mindset: Robust problem-solving abilities to identify data anomalies and operational bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
