Job Role : -

Development and Evaluation of Electrical and Electronic Parts through Zero defect approach

Job Responsibility : -

Handling mass production quality issues (CAPA, 8D , 5-Why analysis)

Implement Quality improvement activities at vendors

Vendor process change evaluation and approval

Competency Requirement : -

Knowledge of Performance/ Critical to Quality parameters of Elec/ Electronic parts

In depth knowledge of layouting, routing, manufacturing, and best practices in Wiring harnesses

Valuable understanding of SMT Process and Electronics circuits & drawings.

Knowledge of Electronics parts testing & applicable standards ( IS / JIS / JASO etc)

In-depth analytical skills for root cause identification of Quality issues in Auto Electrical & Electronics parts.

Practical application of Quality Control Tools,



including knowledge of SPC, Analytical Tools, 5 Why, 8D, FTA, FMEA etc...

Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc).

Specific Expertise For Functional Area : -

Computer proficiency is essential for proper Documentation, presentation and its data retrieval.

Knowledge about materials used in electrical parts

Knowledge about Automotive regulations applicable to Electrical & Electronic parts

Process Knowledge to evaluate SMT process controls at vendors

Background Educational Essential Requirement : -

Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
