As a Scooper, you will be the face of our brand, creating delightful customer experiences by serving premium ice creams with a smile while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
- Scoop and serve ice creams, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items as per company standards.
- Explain flavors, products, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, serving counters, and equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ice cream products.
- Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
- Refill toppings, cups, cones,



and other store essentials.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the team during peak business hours and promotional events.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, bakery, retail, or ice cream parlour will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
