Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage workforce activities, and ensure work is completed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure work is completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Train, guide, and support team members to improve productivity.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and shift schedules.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.




- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, operations, logistics, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain records.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
