Available Positions & Role Overview
1. Sales Lead / Closing Manager

- Lead and guide the in office sales team to achieve targets.
- Manage and expand the broker/channel partner network.
- Attend to premium clients and handle high-value deal closures.
- Prepare performance data and present regular updates to management.

2. Senior Sales Executive (Closing Specialist)

- Manage hot leads and maintain active client follow-ups.
- Handle final price negotiations and close site visits into bookings.
- Coordinate continuously with local brokers and channel partners.

3. Sales Executive (Sourcing & Walk-Ins)

- Welcome walk-in clients, conduct initial project pitches, and present flat layouts.
- Profile leads, maintain follow-up pipelines, and update CRM records daily.
- Assist clients during property walkthroughs.





4. Pre-Sales & CRM Executive

- Execute calling campaigns to qualify leads and schedule site visits.
- Manage post-booking documentation, client queries, and booking updates.
- Maintain accurate customer relationship records in the system.
