We are looking for a results-driven Global Marketing professional to strengthen our digital presence, generate international inbound leads, and scale SEO-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

Global Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute global marketing strategies targeting USA, UK, Europe, and APAC markets.

Build brand visibility and inbound lead generation pipelines for BPO & AI services.

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, email, content marketing).

SEO & Organic Growth

Lead end-to-end SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).

Perform keyword research for BPO, AI data services, and outsourcing industry.

Improve website ranking on Google for high-intent global keywords.

Manage backlink strategy, domain authority, and organic traffic growth.

Optimize landing pages for lead conversions.

Content & Campaign Management

Create and manage content strategy for blogs, case studies, and service pages.

Work with design and content teams to produce marketing creatives.

Manage LinkedIn branding and company page growth.





Run email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

Track KPIs: traffic, leads, conversion rate, CAC, ROI.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Build monthly performance dashboards.

Lead Generation & Business Support

Generate qualified international leads for sales team.

Align closely with Business Development team for pipeline growth.

Support RFPs, proposals, and client acquisition strategy.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SEO (global/international SEO preferred)

Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Hands-on experience with:

Google Analytics

Google Search Console

SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz

Robust understanding of B2B marketing

Experience in BPO / ITES / AI services marketing is a plus

Content marketing & LinkedIn growth expertise

Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field

MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Experience

Candidates who have worked in:

BPO / KPO marketing

SaaS / IT services marketing

AI / Data services marketing

International lead generation roles
