Bilara Group is a growing Construction & Architecture Company committed to delivering high-quality residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support project planning, estimation, and cost management.

Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, purchase coordination, cost control, and project cost monitoring for residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings.
- Perform detailed cost estimation and budgeting.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department to verify quantities and procure materials.
- Monitor project costs and control budgets.
- Prepare quantity forecasts and milestone reports.
- Generate project cost reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Project teams.
- Assist in tendering, billing, and variation analysis.

Qualifications

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering with a specialized course in Quantity Surveying.
- 2–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in residential construction projects.
