We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team. You will be responsible for constructing, altering, modifying, and repairing garments to exact client specifications. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, deep knowledge of fabric construction, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their garment needs, advising on appropriate fabrics, styles, and alterations.
- Measurements & Fittings: Take accurate body measurements using tape measures and pin/mark garments to determine necessary alterations.
- Garment Construction: Cut, sew, and assemble custom clothing items from scratch based on patterns or design specifications.
- Alterations & Repairs:



Perform adjustments (e.g., taking in seams, hemming, lengthening/shortening) and repair damaged clothing, including replacing zippers, buttons, and linings.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all finished garments meet company quality standards and client expectations.
- Finishing: Prepare garments for pick-up by steaming/ironing creases and removing chalk or fitting marks.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the sewing area, equipment, and tools clean, organized, and protected

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
