- Taking class for trainees
- Responsible for representing the institute at conference/Seminars and delivering presentations when necessary.
- Participate in internal initiatives / Events for the benefit of the institute.
- Asses the work of students and provide them with constructive feedback.
- Recruiting,training and mentoring new TAs and other junior staff.

- Profound understand of Semiconductor devices.
- Should have good presentation skills.
- Flexibility to take up other responsibility within organisation.
- Solid analytical,observational and problem solving skills.
