Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operational activities across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure smooth patient service delivery.
- Liaise with various teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Assist in implementing hospital policies, SOPs, and quality initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support services to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support NABH and other accreditation activities by maintaining operational compliance.
- Monitor patient feedback and coordinate with departments for timely resolution.
- Ensure efficient utilization of hospital resources and operational processes.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Hospital Administration.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of hospital workflows and operational processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Knowledge of NABH standards and quality practices.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
