Roles & Responsibilities:

- Valuable Understanding of http, SSL, Various Authentication solution, Networking Basics, OSI model,
preferably L7 protocols like http.
- Hands-on experience for implementation and configuration of Citrix (ADC)-Netscaler, ADM, Gateway,
Various types of netscaler models SDX, MPX, VPX etc.
- Integrating Citrix xendesktop solution with Citrix gateway.
- Extensive troubleshooting skill of beak fix call related to Xendesktop/Netscaler/Gateway environment,
and support technologies.
- Hands-on experience for Citrix Gateway, including load balancing, Content Switching, responder,
rewrite, installing certificates, SSLVPN, Native OTP, ICA reverse proxy, doing firmware upgrades, HA, LLB,
GSLB, etc.
- Lead netscaler application performance, troubleshooting and onboarding applications on netscaler.
- Ready to work in rotation shift in banking/insurance setup.
- Interacting with multiple stack holders of customer IT team, including system admins, security admins,




application owners, DB admins, etc.
- Actively engaged in performing drills for production application from DC/DR switchover switchback.
- Coordination with citrix TAM, TAC for providing resolution for escalated production issue, understanding
new business requirement pertaining to netscaler technologies.
- Having experience on packet sniffing tools, pktmon, netmon, wireshark, etc
- Unable to provide resolution for Open security VAPT points and providing resolution on best effort basis.
- Having hands-on on experience for netscaler SDX/VPX firmware upgradations in high availability.

Education:

- Position requires a bachelor’s degree and any sales or marketing experience. Experience
of social leadership or intra college leadership will be a plus point.
- Preferred Degree: Any graduate or postgraduate
