We're Hiring | Project Manager – Interiors & Turnkey Projects

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality interior fit-out and turnkey projects? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and lead projects from planning to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Plan project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budgets.
- Supervise site teams and ensure timely completion of work.
- Verify BOQs, Measurement Books (MBs), contractor bills, and project documentation.
- Coordinate procurement and material planning.
- Handle client meetings, progress reviews, and project handovers.
- Ensure timely billing,



invoice submissions, and project closures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out and turnkey project execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior and turnkey projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD (preferred), and project documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
