Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partner Sales professional to develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants. The role involves generating sales through channel partners, expanding the partner network, and achieving sales targets for residential apartment and luxury villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
- Conduct regular meetings, project presentations, and site visits for channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads through the CP network and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the CRM, Marketing, and Sales teams for smooth customer handling.
- Organize CP meets, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Maintain an updated database of channel partners and track sales performance.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure timely processing of channel partner commissions and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in Channel Partner Sales within the real estate industry.
- Experience in selling residential apartments and luxury villa projects is preferred.
- Strong network of channel partners and real estate brokers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with solid closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
