Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to oversee product quality throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
- Monitor production processes and perform routine quality checks on extrusion lines.
- Measure and record product parameters such as gauge, width, weight, tensile strength, shrinkage, adhesion, and appearance.
- Identify quality issues, defects, and non-conformities during production.
- Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality inspection records, test reports, and production quality data.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.




- Handle customer quality complaints and assist in root cause analysis.
- Monitor rejection levels and suggest improvements to reduce wastage.
- Support housekeeping, process discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
- Assist management in maintaining quality systems and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Engineering, Science, Polymer Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection tools and documentation.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
