· Serves Patients by greeting & helping them, scheduling appointments & maintaining records & accounts.

· Welcomes Patients & visitors in person or on the telephone & answering or referring inquiries.

· Obtaining patient demographic & verifying insurance information at each visit.

· Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time & treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

· Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule and reminding providers of service delays.

· Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties. Answering patients’ questions and maintaining the reception area.

· Ensures availability of treatment information by filing & retrieving Patient records.

· Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical,



personal & financial information.

· Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Assists in ordering, receiving & stocking of office supplies.

· Maintaining cleanliness of waiting room.

· Identifying & resolving patient complaints.

· Monitor & review patient schedules for next day office appointments.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
