Job Role: Procurement Executive

- End-to-End Sourcing & Purchase Management: Manage the timely procurement of raw materials (Yarn, Dyes, Chemicals), engineering spares, and indirect consumables.
- Vendor Management & Development: Identify and onboard reliable local and international suppliers; conduct periodic vendor audits and performance evaluations based on quality, delivery lead times, and cost.
- Cost Optimization & Negotiation: Lead price negotiations and service-level agreements (SLAs) to achieve year-on-year cost savings while maintaining high-quality standards for global brands
- Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure all procured materials meet strict textile industry standards , while managing documentation for SEZ/Customs compliance.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the Production, Finance,



and Warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, resolve shipment discrepancies, and ensure seamless vendor payment cycles.

Quick Candidate Requirements for Sourcing:

- Experience: 1-2 years in Procurement/Purchasing (Textile or Apparel industry preferred).
- Education: Graduation or Post Graduation
- Technical: experience or knowledge in SAP (MM Module) and MS Excel.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam
- Qualification: Any Degree or Business Administration.
- Salary : 30-35k per month
