Key Responsibilities

· Maintain a comprehensive alumni database.
· Design and execute alumni engagement initiatives, including reunions, mentorship programs, and networking events.
· Manage communication channels such as newsletters, social media, and the school's website for alumni updates.
· Foster connections between alumni and current students for mentorship, internships, and job shadowing opportunities.University Counseling & Study Abroad Guidance
· Provide personalized counseling to students on higher education options, including universities in India and abroad.
· Assist students in identifying and applying to colleges, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities.
· Develop relationships with universities and colleges to stay updated on admission trends and requirements.
· Connect students with alumni pursuing similar fields of study or attending target universities.Event Planning & Coordination
· Plan and manage alumni-related events, workshops, and networking sessions.
· Organize university fairs and information sessions for students.




· Coordinate alumni involvement in school events to build stronger community ties.Data Management & Reporting· Maintain accurate records of alumni activities, engagements, and feedback.
· Track student progress in university placements and career development.
· Prepare reports on alumni engagement and counseling outcomes for school leadership.

Qualifications & Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in event planning and database management.
· Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with alumni, students, and universities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Preferred Skills
· Familiarity with career counseling frameworks and techniques.
· Knowledge of global university admissions processes and requirements.
· Experience in alumni engagement or community management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
