Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, make outbound calls to potential customers, generate quotations, follow up on leads, and support the sales process for our cement and concrete tiles products.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided lead database.
- Follow up with existing and new leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.




- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service (preferred).
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, and WhatsApp).
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
