Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Student Success & Live Learning Coordinator to manage live online classes and act as the key point of contact between students and instructors. This role is essential to ensuring smooth class delivery, effective communication, and a positive learning experience for all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee live online classes on a daily basis
- Coordinate with instructors for class schedules, session readiness, and materials
- Communicate class links, reminders, updates, and recordings to students
- Track student attendance and maintain basic academic records
- Handle student queries related to classes, schedules, and learning resources
- Provide operational and technical support during live sessions
- Ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after each class

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable using online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of learning management systems is an advantage
- Well-organized, responsible, and student-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
