PRMK Energy is seeking dedicated Junior and Senior Technicians to join our team in supporting the growth of renewable energy across Mumbai, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Jharkhand. In this role, you will play a vital part in the installation, operation, and maintenance of green energy infrastructure to ensure optimal, reliable performance. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, testing, and commissioning solar and electrical systems, while monitoring performance through ABT and ACM meters. You will also be tasked with inspecting equipment, troubleshooting in office issues, maintaining accurate documentation of site activities, and ensuring full compliance with all electrical safety standards and company procedures. ​Candidates must hold an ITI (Electrical) or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. The ideal applicant will possess hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning,



and maintenance of electrical equipment, along with a solid understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and switchgear. You must be able to read and interpret complex electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Because this position involves travel to various project sites and working in outdoor environments, we require candidates who are comfortable with these conditions and possess strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
