Job Overview:

We seek a skilled SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and proven experience in optimizing websites to achieve maximum visibility on search engines. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase our online presence, drive website traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle a team of SEO professionals and ensure effective communication to achieve the provided monthly targets.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles to align with SEO best practices.
- Should be well-versed with the On-Site SEO (meta tags, keywords, content, tags, page load speed, internal linking, bread crumbs, website structure)
- Experienced with Off page strategies (backlinks, online reputation, guest outreach, anchor text management).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics and trends using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.




- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry developments.
- Identify and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- Manage and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Work with web developers and content teams to ensure proper implementation of best SEO practices.
- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports and take necessary action across all channels.
- Examine and optimize campaigns after looking at GA and GSC to achieve the defined KPIs and KRAs.

Requirements

- 3-5 Years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Robust understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
