About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. HR Executive with Max 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and sourcing to manage end-to-end hiring across levels and drive talent acquisition for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through social media, referrals, and databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and role specifications
- Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding

Required Skills & Experience

- 4 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills
- Positive understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and work under deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
