As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to strengthen our Mainline/OTC Division.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage and drive primary & secondary sales in the assigned territory

- Lead, train, and motivate the front-line sales team to achieve targets

- Appoint, manage, and maintain strong relationships with stockists & distributors

- Ensure effective distribution, visibility, and market coverage





- Develop territory growth strategies and execute promotional activities

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives

- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and MIS

Candidate Requirements:-

- Graduate (mandatory)

- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Front Line Manager in Ayurvedic/Herbal OTC/FMCG/Pharma sales

- Strong experience in handling stockists & sales teams

- Sound market knowledge of Central U.P. - Kanpur & Lucknow

- Computer savvy and good reporting skills

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and strong leadership capabilities

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
