We are looking for passionate .NET engineers to join our Product Engineering team building a large-scale Retail ERP platform used by enterprise retailers. The role involves designing and developing scalable backend services, modern APIs, and event-driven solutions while contributing to the transformation of our monolithic ERP into domain-oriented, cloud-ready services.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software with a robust focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for ERP and retail business workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend processing.
- Design and implement asynchronous and event-driven solutions using Kafka or messaging platforms.
- Work with PostgreSQL, including writing optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with QA and Product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications into modular, domain-oriented services.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core (.NET 6/8+)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Entity Framework Core
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming (async/await)
- Good understanding of dependency injection and middleware
- Experience with Git-based source control
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized development
Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka or any event streaming platform
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Understanding of Microservices architecture
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Experience with Redis caching
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with OpenTelemetry or application monitoring
- Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth)
