Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in Chennai. You will oversee end-to-end HR processes, manage recruitment pipelines for client placements, and supervise internal staff operations. You will also lead initiatives for our core offerings—Training, Internship, and Job Placement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute internal HR strategies, recruitment policies, and operational frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for corporate client mandates across diverse industries.
- Oversee candidate onboarding, student enrollment, and coordination for Training and Internship programs.
- Supervise HR executives, telecallers, and sourcing specialists to hit placement and operational targets.
- Handle employee relations, performance management systems (PMS), payroll processing, and statutory compliance.




- Build and nurture strong partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and training centers.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager (agency/consultancy background preferred).
- Language: Strong verbal and written command of English and Tamil.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of talent acquisition, HR compliance, labor laws, and team leadership.
- Proficiency with HRMS tools, ATS platforms, MS Excel, and job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
