Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Engineer – Supply Chain Management (SCM) with hands-on experience in Logistics, Dispatch, and Store Operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth material movement, inventory management, dispatch planning, and coordination with production and vendors to support uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics and dispatch activities.
- Handle inward and outward material movement.
- Monitor store operations, inventory,
and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and transporters for timely dispatches.
- Prepare dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, etc.).
- Maintain stock records in ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material storage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for material replenishment.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and warehouse procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly SCM reports.
