- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are maintained
- Coordinate with laundry and maintenance departments
- Train and support housekeeping team members
- Manage room status updates and cleaning schedules
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Ensure proper deep cleaning procedures are followed
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the hotel
