• Drive a proactive risk and compliance culture by integrating risk management into business planning and decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, Ingka rules, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal investigations, implementing mitigation plans where required.
- Build awareness through training and coaching to strengthen health, safety, security, and compliance practices.
- Act as the primary contact for risk and compliance matters with relevant authorities when applicable.
- Coordinate crisis management planning, emergency response activities, and preparedness training.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to proactively identify, manage, and reduce business risks.
- Monitor compliance performance, drive continuous improvement, and support the execution of the unit's Business Risk & Compliance strategy.
