About the Job

Nestlé India is looking for CA Industrial Trainees to join our Finance teams across our manufacturing factories/Sales Branches for a period of 9 months. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates in the final phase of their CA articleship who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to factory/branch finance, controlling, and operations within a energetic FMCG environment.

Please note: This role is based at our factory/branch locations, and candidates must be open to relocation and geographically mobile, as postings may be at any of our manufacturing/sales sites across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support business-critical finance and operational functions within a leading manufacturing setup.
- Contribute to factory/branch finance, controlling, costing, and internal controls activities.
- Gain practical understanding of factory/branch operations and strategy execution.




- Collaborate cross-functionally and support real-time business decision-making.Work closely with experienced finance and operations leaders under structured mentorship.

Education & Experience:

- Cleared CA Intermediate (both groups) and currently pursuing final CA.
- Eligible for industrial training as per ICAI guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to SAP, indirect taxation, or internal audit will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
