Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Job Summary

Scholar is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services by visiting retail shops, distributors, and business establishments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, dealers, distributors, and potential customers on a daily basis.
- Promote Scholar products/services and explain their features and benefits.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure product visibility and availability at customer locations.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues, if required.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or business development.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
