South Kolkata | US Night Shift | Full time

Role Overview

- Handle outbound calls for US Medicare customers
- Assist with basic healthcare/medicare-related queries
- Gather and provide accurate information with proper communication
- Maintain quality and compliance during calls

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: HS / ISC (12th Pass)
- 1 year experience in Outbound US International Process
- Age: 18 years and above
- Should be street-smart and a multitasker
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Must have a good sales pitch and convincing skills




- Comfortable working in US night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
