We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to support patient communication and appointment scheduling. This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming patient calls professionally.
- Provide information about the clinic's services.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Respond to patient enquiries and assist with basic information.
- Maintain accurate call and appointment records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support.

Eligibility

- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Training & Work Schedule

- Initial training will be provided for 10 days.
- Training timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

After successful completion of training, employees will work in rotational shifts based on business requirements:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Total shift duration is 8 hours, including 1 hour lunch break (7 working hours).

Additional Information

No sales responsibilities.

No performance targets.

- Candidates should be willing to work in either rotational shift as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
