We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to manage core accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting and coordination with internal teams and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and complete bookkeeping
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and statutory compliance records
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reports
- Verify invoices, vendor payments, and purchase entries
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Finance teams

Requirements

- 8-12 years of accounting experience (preferred in relevant industry)
- Experience in Lithium Battery / EV / Battery / Automation / Electronics industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial reporting




- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
