We're Hiring – Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Deopuri, Raipur

Job Summary

Rathi Build Mart is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and auditing processes, and be capable of maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Receipts, Payments, and Journal Entries.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and Accounts Payable (Creditors).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns).
- Prepare and file TDS Returns and ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS.
- Possess working knowledge of Income Tax provisions, TDS compliance, and tax calculations.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants during Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and tax assessments.
- Assist in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and GST Audit, and provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage petty cash, vendor payments, and payment scheduling.
- Reconcile GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) and vendor accounts.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers,



and supporting documents.

RequirementsQualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Equivalent

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred.

- Finalization of Accounts
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Accounting in the Building Materials, Retail, or Construction Industry will be preferred.
