We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Sales Assistant who can communicate effectively, build strong client relationships, and help convert leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
- Present digital marketing services confidently and close deals.
- Create customized proposals, presentations, and sales decks.
- Perform competitor analysis and market research using AI tools.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Schedule and attend client meetings when required.
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Negotiate pricing and service packages while maintaining company profitability.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, conversions, and pipeline status.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Websites, Branding, etc.).
- Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations and sales decks.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other research tools.
- Strong follow-up discipline and sales mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Professional appearance and client-facing personality.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
