Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and share freight quotations for domestic and international shipments.
- Obtain competitive rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and logistics partners.
- Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely quotations.
- Handle RFQs, tenders, and customer pricing requests.
- Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets.
- Monitor market trends, freight costs, and carrier tariffs.
- Ensure quotations are accurate, profitable, and aligned with customer requirements.
- Support business development by providing pricing strategies for new opportunities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all quotations and pricing activities.

Required Skills

- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics pricing.
- Knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, and surface transportation.
- Understanding of Incoterms, import/export procedures,



and international shipping.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or pricing.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with freight forwarding companies, shipping lines, NVOCCs, or logistics service providers.
- Familiarity with ERP or logistics management software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
