Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.

Purchase and arrange construction materials while ensuring quality and competitive pricing.

Interact with customers and provide regular project updates.

Plan and monitor work to ensure timely completion and handover of houses.

Inspect and audit construction quality, finishing work, and workmanship at every stage.

Control project costs by minimizing material wastage and implementing cost-effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Prepare daily site progress reports and resolve in office issues efficiently.

Maintain quality, timelines, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
