We are looking for skilled CNC Machine Operators to operate panel-processing CNC machines for modular interior and furniture manufacturing, ensuring accurate cutting, drilling, and finishing of boards as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC nesting/router machines to cut, drill, and groove panels (MDF, plywood, pre-laminated boards) as per cutting lists and drawings.
- Load programs, set tooling, and run the machine to produce parts accurately and efficiently.
- Read and interpret cutting lists, part labels, and production drawings.
- Perform machine setup, tool changes, and routine calibration.
- Carry out daily cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Check finished parts for dimensional accuracy and edge/finish quality; flag defects.
- Optimize material usage and minimize wastage during nesting.
- Maintain production records, output logs, and material consumption.
- Follow all factory safety, dust-extraction, and machine-handling protocols.




- Coordinate with the production supervisor on daily targets and job priorities.

Eligibility Criteria:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Woodworking, Carpentry, or equivalent technical training.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience operating panel/wood CNC routers or nesting machines.
- Ability to read cutting lists, drawings, and part labels.
- Familiarity with CNC control software and basic CAM/nesting workflow.
- Working knowledge of panel materials, hardware, and edge banding.
- Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability.
